Everyone is entitled to their opinion and the benefit of a review and ratings site such as Availa is that it gives consumers a full perspective of the public’s perception of a service. Unfortunately that can mean bad reviews in addition to your good reviews.
We understand that this can be very upsetting, especially if you feel it is unwarranted. Here are some actions and tips:
- If you do not feel this is a real review, reach out to us and we will investigate it. If the person has left genuine contact information, we will contact them and talk to them about their review. If they have not left genuine contact information, we will remove the review. Note that we do have first class spam detectors in place, but sometimes those bots can be tricky.
- If the person has left a genuine review, they are entitled to leaving their review. By responding to their review in a fair and positive manner, you can win the person back and show others how much integrity you have. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone knows that. By taking the high road, you will show everyone how wonderful you really are.
- Flood out the bad review with good reviews! Ask other customers to leave reviews for you. Studies show that almost all customers will leave a review when specifically requested to do so.
- If the rating is defamatory, not relevant or uses inappropriate words or an inappropriate tone, we most likely will remove it. We want this to remain a professional site that is helpful to others.
